Michael Joyce
Michael has worked in the entertainment business for a number of years in a predominantly/celebrity casting/management background. Michael previously worked at Silverfox Artist Management and went on to join RDF Management in January 2004. In March 2009, Michael set up Michael Joyce Management.

Sarah Castro-Pearson
Sarah started working in TV for Princess Productions back in 2004 as a receptionist. After a stint in production, she went onto cover an agent assistant at Princess Talent. She joined RDF Management in 2007 as Michael's assistant and then moved with him when he set up Michael Joyce Management in March 2009.

Luke Davies
Luke graduated from the University of East Anglia reading a Society, Culture and Media degree. He joined Michael Joyce Management as an intern in November 2010 and has subsequently been taken on as an agent assistant. He hopes to pursue a career in TV/Talent Management.

Antony Read
Antony Read has worked in the entertainment industry since childhood. His early career as an actor saw him working in Children's TV, performing in Musicals and touring the world. After retiring from acting he worked for many of the biggest celebrities as a Power PA and then became an agent - the natural progression!

He is now a consultant to many leading celebrities and agents sourcing and negotiating TV, Book, Music Film, Brand, Press and Media deals. Antony is thrilled to be working as a consultant agent at Michael Joyce Management.

KT Forster - Publishing Consultant
KT is currently acting across a number of platforms with companies - from Non-Executive Director for a sports publishing company, personal management to various personalities to consultant for media businesses, agencies and clients advising on all aspects of Book publishing.

Some of the publishing successes include Carol Vorderman, Lorraine Kelly, Sir Richard Branson, Aled Jones, Max Clifford, Anthea Turner and brands such as Black Lace, Gi Diet, Your Life in Your Hands and many more.
